Can RwP™ assist with art?
Yes. However, it will typically save time and possibly reduce the price if you provide art. Vector art is preferred. Once RwP™ has art on file, it typically can be utilized for other RwP™ products.

What is your lead time?
It varies by product and time of year. Felt back numbers, Barrel Covers, Grand Entry Flags and Commemorative Frames generally take 10 business days after approval of art. Rodeo vests typically take 5 - 6 weeks after approval of art. If you are an active and repeat RwP™ customer, your needs will take priority. We also have a “rush service” should you need products more quickly. There are times of the year we are able to service last minute needs (which will result in a “rush” fee).

What are payment options?
Orders are prepaid. All major credit cards as well as checks and money orders are accepted.

What size barrel do RwP™ barrel covers fit?
RwP™ barrel covers fit a “standard” metal 55-gallon barrel. The actual sizes of RwP™ barrel covers are 34 ½" Tall, 23" in Diameter with a circumference of 72 ¼". Plastic barrels are typically different in size than standard metal barrels and RwP™ barrel covers will not fit those different dimensions. If a barrel has been damaged, RwP™ will not be responsible.
